We move through a 28-day lunar cycle, beginning with the new moon and closing with the full moon — reconnecting your body with natural rhythms of grounding, expansion, release, and integration.

Each session is experiential and designed to help you build a direct relationship with your nervous system.

A guided somatic reset to clear mental noise and release the accumulated stress your body has been holding.

A space to drop what’s been building— tension, pressure, emotional weight — so your nervous system can reset and recalibrate.

The Experience

Each session is a 45-minute guided somatic experience where the body leads.

Whether in a single session or over a longer container, this work is designed to help your body release accumulated stress and return to a state of clarity and regulation.

Through breath, movement, and rhythmic sound, the nervous system begins to settle and what has been building—tension, pressure, emotional load—starts to move.

From that place, something shifts.

Clarity returns.

Focus sharpens.

You’re able to respond with intention—making decisions and communicating from a more grounded, regulated state.

This process follows a clear, step-by-step structure—supporting the body in grounding, regulating, processing, and expressing what’s there.
